TIPS FOR NEWCOMERS

  1. Please visit Gary Craig's website, the creator of EFT at http://www.emofree.com/newcomer.htm
  2. On Gary's website please download his free EFT manual. It accompanies Gary's original EFT Video Course and includes both the long and short version of the technique and much more. I recommend all his videos.
  3. It is beneficial to learn the sequence and points "by-heart". Once learned it will be with you for life.
  4. Try EFT on your own emotional or physical issues. Be precise with your issues and be persistant. If you feel overwhelmed and prefer some guidance you can locate a practitioner from Gary's website or contact me at 450-224-9850 between 10h-16h EST and leave a message. I return all calls on my dime within 24 hours (Please be sure to speak slowly and clearly. Please leave your name and number (with all pertinent area codes) and the best time to reach you.
